With the combined efforts of an experienced culinary brigade, the hotel presents menus that are surely tantalising such as Chef Mutadza’s Kambing Panggang (imported Australian Lamb), Trio Siakap Senja combining two (2) cooking styles of deep-frying and oven-baking with Indian, Chinese and Western marinating styles, Mee Kuali Besar, Warong Omak Den with its Salai’s special and assorted protein to choose from, savoury treats of Roti Jala with Serawa Durian, authentic Teresek Jantung Pisang and the ever-famous Pandan Onde-Onde with Gula Melaka (live-action stall).
