IMVU Will Play Host To The Metaverse’s First Virtual Fashion Show and NFT Showcase

Social platform IMVU will play host to the Metaverse’s first virtual fashion show and NFT showcase, with seven of fashion’s emerging designers headlining the event to be on IMVU’s YouTube channel and Instagram Live starting at 1pm PST on Thursday, May 27 and Friday, May 28.

The virtual line-up sees Collina Strada, Mowalola, Gypsy Sport, Freak CityMimi Wade, My Mum Made it, and BruceGlen in collaboration with Creators from the IMVU community, and will feature custom digital rooms built on the platform for designers to debut pre-collections and other digital items.

Additionally, pieces from the collections will up for purchase by players as NFTs following the show on IMVU’s OpenSea marketplace starting Friday, May 28, which can be modelled in the IMVU metaverse. The event will also feature well-known fashion icon Princess Gollum who will be interacting with fans and commenting on the collections.
