25-piece limited editions in 36mm and 41mm in Lucent Steel™ or 18-carat ethical rose gold A winter migration to the sunnier shores of the Carribean.

Chopard unveils four new Alpine Eagle Eden Rock – St Barths editions, celebrating the ongoing creative partnership with the iconic Eden Rock – St Barths hotel. They are available in 36 mm and 41 mm versions, crafted either in Lucent Steel™ or 18-carat ethical rose gold.

Each of the four models is limited to 25 pieces, offered exclusively through Eden Rock – St Barths. This marks the second collaboration between Chopard and the iconic Caribbean property, following a limited-edition Happy Sport timepiece created together last year.

Both the 36mm and 41mm models are powered by chronometer-certified self-winding movements: the Chopard 09.01-C calibre for the 36 mm editions and the Chopard 01.15-C calibre for the 41 mm versions, reflecting the Maison’s dedication to chronometric precision.

An unprecedented pairing: Alpine heritage and Caribbean radiance

Crafted in Lucent Steel™, Chopard’s exclusive ultra-resistant alloy made with a recycling rate of 80%, or in 18-carat ethical rose gold, the 36 mm versions are enhanced by diamond-set bezels that add a refined sparkle, while the 41 mm creations embrace a pared-back aesthetic with smooth metal bezels The watches uphold all the signature codes of the Alpine Eagle collection, from the bezel with visible screws to the contrast between polished and satin-brushed finishes. Both sizes are also fitted with a screw-down crown engraved with the compass rose, symbolising guidance and exploration across landscapes and seas.

Discreet evidence of the collaboration can be found throughout the dials, whose colours are a nod to the red-and-white visual identity of the Eden Rock – St Barths hotel. Treated with a white iridescent lacquer, they showcase the Alpine Eagle collection’s signature sunburst pattern inspired by the iris of the eagle. Luminescent Roman numerals and dauphine-type hands ensure optimal legibility, while the vibrant red seconds hand and matching minute track introduce a dynamic visual accent. Removing all doubt, an exhibition sapphire crystal caseback specially engraved “Eden Rock- St Barths”, confirms the exclusivity of this collaboration.

Two movements, one commitment to precision

Inside the 36 mm Alpine Eagle Eden Rock – St Barths models beats the Chopard 09.01-C movement, comprising 159 components and vibrating at 25,200 vph (3.5 Hz). It delivers a 42-hour power reserve and features a stop-seconds function, serving as a mechanical heart tailored to a slender case architecture. As for the 41 mm editions, they are powered by the Chopard 01.15-C movement, composed of 207 components, operating at 28,800 vph (4 Hz) with a 60-hour power reserve. This calibre is likewise equipped with a stop-seconds mechanism and designed for optimal reliability and durability. Crucially, both calibres are chronometer-certified, attesting to their precison.

Eden Rock – St Barths: A Legendary Island Haven

Overlooking the crystalline waters of St Jean Bay, Eden Rock – St Barths has long been celebrated as a sanctuary of creativity, discretion and hospitality. Since the 1950s, when aviator and adventurer Rémy de Haenen first welcomed guests to his cliff-top home, the hotel has attracted artists, actors and seekers of refined tranquillity, contributing to its enduring reputation as the jewel of the Caribbean. Its distinctive red-and-white architectural accents and its glamorous, intimate atmosphere have made it an icon of island elegance, an atmosphere that continues to inspire Chopard’s limited-edition creations.

Reflecting on this second collaboration, Caroline Scheufele, Co-President and Artistic Director of Chopard, shares: “We wanted each timepiece to feel like a breath of warm Caribbean air carried on the wings of our Alpine Eagle.”
