Now the model is getting Manufacture Calibres in addition to a range of exciting new dial colours in both the stainless steel and the S&G configurations. Manufacture Calibres Now Powering the Royal Line

The Royal line is now powered by TUDOR Manufacture Calibres, complete with the finish typical of these high-performance movements; their rotors in tungsten monobloc are openworked and satin-brushed with sand-blasted details, and their bridges and mainplate have alternating sand-blasted, polished surfaces and laser decorations.

Their build is designed to ensure robustness and precision. To do this, their variable inertia balance wheel is maintained by a sturdy traversing bridge with a two-point anchoring. This system, together with non-magnetic silicon hairsprings, enables the Manufacture Calibres MT5412 and MT5633 to function within a tolerance range of 6 seconds (-2/+4) and 8 seconds (-3/+5) for the small diameter Manufacture Calibre MT5201, in all cases tested on fully assembled watches.

Another notable feature is that the power reserve of the Manufacture Calibres MT5412 and MT5633 are “weekend-proof”; that is to say, they have a 70-hour power reserve (50 hours for the MT5201), which enables the wearer to take the watch off on a Friday evening and put it back on again on Monday morning without having to wind it. Even if you need a weekend away, your watch does not.

The Tudor Manufacture

Every TUDOR watch is assembled and fully tested to TUDOR’s superior standards at the new TUDOR Manufacture located in Le Locle, Switzerland. This new state-of-the-art facility, bringing together the know-how of watchmakers with the best in production management and automated testing systems, was completed in 2021 after three years of construction. Maserati and Bianchet, the Neuchâtel-based Swiss maison of haute horlogerie, announce a special collaboration in the name of the philosophy they have always shared: passion for beauty that never gives in to compromises, mechanical rigour and artisan tradition, all expressed through balance and precision. To mark the centenary of the iconic Trident emblem inspired by Bologna’s Fountain of Neptune – which made its first appearance on the Tipo 26 when it came in victorious at the Targa Florio – Maserati and Bianchet present UltraFino Maserati, the Flying Tourbillon watch available in a limited collection of 100 one-of-a-kind timepieces, unveiled at the Watches and Wonders 2026 trade fair in Geneva.

A Meeting of Two Philosophies

The convergence of Maserati and Bianchet serves as the natural, inevitable union of two trajectories that have long run in parallel.

Founded in Bologna in 1914 and now headquartered for over 80 years in Modena, Maserati translates racing passion into cars that embody performance, comfort and typically Italian style. The Nettuno V6 engine, an in-house development featuring an innovative pre-chamber combustion system with dual spark plugs drawing directly from Formula 1 technology, epitomises the brand’s vision: extreme performance and refined elegance.

Mcpura and Ultrafino: Two Objects, One Soul

The UltraFino Maserati design draws its inspiration from the Maserati MCPURA: the brand’s latest supercar, unveiled at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed and made in Modena. Powered by a 630-hp twin-turbocharged 3.0-litre Nettuno V6 and built around a carbon-fibre monocoque, Maserati MCPURA can achieve 0-100 km/h in under 2.9 seconds, a figure that speaks less of brute force than of the mastery of weight, balance and material science. Thanks to a its lightweight construction and meticulous hand-finishing at the Viale Ciro Menotti plant, Maserati MCPURA is the expression of engineering as a form of art. A car that embodies over 100 years of Italian racing heritage and channels it into something contemporary and uncompromising.

The parallels between the watch and supercar are deliberate and precise: the open-worked skeleton dial of UltraFino Maserati takes its visual language from the birdcage-design wheel architecture of MCPURA, with its iconic triple split-spoke design forming a trident motif. The AI Aqua Rainbow finish, which made its debut on MCPURA at Goodwood and belongs to Maserati’s Fuoriserie Collezione Futura programme, infuses the watch dial and runs as a signature accent along the rubber seam of the case, creating the same prismatic depth on the wrist that the car achieves at road speed. The grade 5 titanium bridges and main plate, the high-density carbon case and bracelet, all mirror the torsional stiffness of MCPURA’s carbon fibre chassis, while the flying tourbillon cage – open, visible, suspended – evokes the beating heart of the Nettuno engine.

Where the MCPURA relies on its carbon-fibre chassis to ensure high levels of torsional rigidity whilst absorbing the demands of the road, UltraFino Maserati addresses the equivalent challenge of shock in mechanical watchmaking. Dedicated shock-absorbing solutions have been integrated at both the balance wheel and structural levels, enabling the movement to withstand forces of 5,000 G, an exceptional specification that draws a direct parallel with MCPURA’s suspension engineering and electronic traction management.

Where Engineering Meets Design

The beating heart of UltraFino Maserati is the Bianchet UT01 calibre. Entirely finished by hand: sand-blasted, satin-brushed and polished, with hand-bevelling on every bridge, on the main plate and on the tourbillon cage, the UT01 calibre represents a series of original engineering decisions, each made at the service of a challenging thin profile of 3.85 mm. The suspended mainspring barrel eliminates the traditional ratchet wheel, recovering vertical space while delivering a 60-hour power reserve. A 2.66-mm thin tourbillon cage houses a large screw balance wheel with variable inertia, beating at 3 Hz, which preserves both the visual presence of a generous escapement and the functional safety margins demanded by a wearable instrument. A bespoke winding and time-setting architecture reduces friction and refines energy transfer throughout the gear train.

The result is a movement of 225 components and 29 jewels, finished entirely by hand, within a total case height of 9.9 mm. The case is constructed in high-density carbon fibre with vulcanised rubber, and the hand-finished crown is protected by integrated carbon crown-guards. Both the bezel and case-back are fitted with glare-proof sapphire crystal. Water resistance is also guaranteed up to 5 ATM. Two straps have been imagined for UltraFino Maserati: an integrated high-density carbon-fibre bracelet, and a natural vulcanised rubber strap with a titanium folding clasp. The timepiece weighs 36 g without the strap, with every detail reflecting the rigour that defines this work of haute horlogerie.

A Limited Edition of 100 Pieces

UltraFino Maserati is presented in a limited of 100 timepieces, a number chosen to echo the centenary of the Maserati Trident. Each piece is individually numbered and produced at Bianchet’s atelier in La Chaux-de-Fonds to the standard of hand-finishing and precision that defines the brand.

Another characteristic of Ceratanium®, which is based on a special titanium alloy and fired at high temperatures in a kiln, is its distinctive, dark and metallic finish. The applied Arabic numerals, indices and quarter-second scale are discreet elevations against the background of the black dial. Each of the four models is limited to 25 pieces, offered exclusively through Eden Rock – St Barths. This marks the second collaboration between Chopard and the iconic Caribbean property, following a limited-edition Happy Sport timepiece created together last year.

Both the 36mm and 41mm models are powered by chronometer-certified self-winding movements: the Chopard 09.01-C calibre for the 36 mm editions and the Chopard 01.15-C calibre for the 41 mm versions, reflecting the Maison’s dedication to chronometric precision.

Two movements, one commitment to precision

Inside the 36 mm Alpine Eagle Eden Rock – St Barths models beats the Chopard 09.01-C movement, comprising 159 components and vibrating at 25,200 vph (3.5 Hz). It delivers a 42-hour power reserve and features a stop-seconds function, serving as a mechanical heart tailored to a slender case architecture. As for the 41 mm editions, they are powered by the Chopard 01.15-C movement, composed of 207 components, operating at 28,800 vph (4 Hz) with a 60-hour power reserve. This calibre is likewise equipped with a stop-seconds mechanism and designed for optimal reliability and durability. Crucially, both calibres are chronometer-certified, attesting to their precison.

Editors, tastemakers, and friends of the brand gathered for a seated lunch where the new collections were unveiled alongside original vintage pieces from Movado’s archives. The event marked the debut of three new feminine watch collections and the official launch of Curve, Movado’s newest jewellery collection.

Curve draws inspiration from nature’s fluid lines and organic movement, capturing the essence of the brand’s name Movado, meaning “always in motion” in Esperanto. The jewellery collection presents an assortment of rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces rendered in 18K gold vermeil over a durable 925 sterling‑silver base. Designed with continuous, wave‑like contours, the pieces create an elegant sense of motion and offer silhouettes designed for effortless stacking and layering.  

The Museum Bangle, Heritage 1917, and Museum Velura watch collections are inspired by original archival pieces that honour the brand’s rich heritage and longtime commitment to designing for women.

Celebrating its passion for ‘joyful watchmaking’—an approach long embedded within the brands DNA, and its long-standing commitment to military aviation, Bremont introduces a collaboration with Universal Products & Experiences inspired by Felix the Cat, a character whose legacy in the skies spans generations and continents worldwide.

Closely associated with U.S. Navy aviation squadrons, most notably VFA-31, aka the ‘Tomcatters’, where Felix the Cat is featured on the insignia, his story traces back to the original VF-3 squadron, which has been carried forward through successive redesigns to today’s VFA-31.

Long regarded as a trusted good-luck charm for pilots, Felix the Cat has symbolised courage, humour, and fearless adventure since the earliest days of flight. Today he returns as the central character in the ‘Watch your Six’ campaign, drawn from fighter-pilot clock-position terminology. Together, these chapters cement Felix the Cat as a beloved aviation icon, perfectly aligned with Bremont’s aviation roots.

The Bremont Altitude MB Meteor was the natural design choice for the Felix the Cat collaboration. Since Bremont was founded in 2002, its pilot’s watches have earned the trust of military and civilian fliers, adventurers, collectors and enthusiasts. None more so than the MB series, specifically designed to withstand the punishing procedures used in testing ‘Martin-Baker’ aircraft ejection seats.

In 2025, Bremont proudly built on this legacy and introduced the latest iteration of the MB, the Altitude MB Meteor, a dynamic new iteration of the MB concept: refined, upgraded and streamlined, while retaining the features that have defined celebrated MB models for 16 years.

The Grade 2 Titanium Altitude MB Meteor ‘Felix the Cat’ takes the iconic 42mm design and renders it entirely in a tactical ‘stealth black’ DLC finish to dramatic effect. The 3-part Trip-Tick case construction houses a PVD Titanium knurled barrel which extends to the knurled titanium crowns.

Felix the Cat artwork is applied directly onto the stealth black dial, cheekily running away with the number 6 which, along with all applied numerals and indexes are filled with high-grade white Super-LumiNova® (blue emission), to ensure optimum readability and clarity.

The bi-directional rotating inner bezel is operated by the roto-click mechanism which can be adjusted using the Titanium DLC knurled 4 o’clock crown—a signature of the Bremont MB design DNA.

The Bremont Altitude MB Meteor ‘Felix the Cat’ retains one of the MB’s most iconic features: the looped ‘ejection’ pull handle on the tip of the seconds hand—in vibrant yellow and black nodding to the vibrancy of the original, iconic MBI. The minute track is also executed in bold and bright yellow. These bright yellow accents not only nod to flight safety standards but also serve as visual pops against the stealth black palette.

At its core, the Altitude MB Meteor ‘Felix the Cat’ is powered by Bremont’s BB14-AH movement, built on a La Joux-Perret calibre, featuring 24 jewels, a 68-hour power reserve. The movement is suspended within a flexible rubber mount to absorb shocks and minimise impacts, while soft-iron shielding protects against powerful magnetic fields.

Turning the watch over presents an open case-back with Felix the Cat-inspired decoration, revealing the movement’s fine finishing in gunmetal grey with Geneva Stripes. The timepiece is offered on a matt black DLC titanium bracelet with quick-release functionality or a textured black leather strap with box stitch detail. Built for comfort, endurance and resilience, the bracelets reinforce the lightweight and performance-led nature of the Altitude line.

Limited to 500 pieces worldwide, the Bremont Altitude MB Meteor ‘Felix the Cat’ collaboration is more than a visual statement—it’s a reminder to stay bold, curious and enjoy the journey.
