For Valentine’s Day, the Franco-Swiss watchmaking house Bell & Ross partners with the Mandarin Oriental Paris and pastry chef Julien Dugourdfor an exclusive experience embodying excellence and refinement. Since 1994, Bell & Ross has pushed the boundaries of innovation with bold, aviation-inspired designs, where precision, performance, and aesthetics come together to captivate watch enthusiasts.
Renowned for his craftsmanship and keen eye for detail, Julien Dugourd has created two desserts paying tribute to Bell & Ross’ iconic timepieces. His first creation, inspired by the BR-01 Cyber Skull Bronze, balances intensity and sweetness with a delicate blend of Caribbean crunch, chocolate mousse and caramel, enhanced by bronze-hued finishes reminiscent of the watch. Exclusively, he also unveils a brand-new dessert inspired by the BR-01 Cyber Sapphire, an elegant and surprising interpretation available only at the Mandarin Oriental Paris.
From February 1st to March 2nd, these exceptional desserts will be featured on the restaurant’s menu and available for in-room dining. This unique experience can be reserved online or on-site. Beyond the tasting, the journey continues with an exclusive visit to the Bell & Ross boutique at the Village Royal, just 400 meters from the hotel, for guests who book the “Be My Valentine by Bell & Ross” offer. During this visit, they will receive an exclusive gift and have the opportunity to discover Bell & Ross timepieces in an intimate and elegant setting.
To complete this immersive experience, a special showcase at the Mandarin Oriental will highlight the BR-01 Cyber Skull Bronze and BR-01 Cyber Sapphire prestigious editions that reflect Bell & Ross’ avant-garde craftsmanship. Time seems to stand still in this encounter between fine watchmaking and haute pâtisserie, offering a unique sensory experience where audacity and creativity come together for the ultimate delight of guests.
