This May, the Guest Star Chef Series 2025 returns with an exclusive two-night, four-hand dining experience. The celebrated chef from Kayuputi at The St. Regis Langkawi, journeying from the idyllic northwestern coast of Malaysia, collaborates with Chef Azizi Taslim to present a culinary journey that celebrates Local Harvests, Exquisite Flavors by blending Malaysia’s finest produce with their exceptional skills, creating an unforgettable fine dining experience.

The evening unfolds with a thoughtfully curated eight-course menu celebrating Malaysia’s rich culinary heritage, where the finest local harvests seamlessly blend in Western artistry with an innovative, sustainable touch for an elevated dining experience. From the Flavors of Oyster, served alongside the Tanjung Malim Caviar, an exquisite dish celebrating local sea treasures, to Lamb Rack paired with locally sourced and sustainably produced BoomGrow Salad, each course offers vibrant and exquisite flavors to delight every discerning palate.
